We have had olive groves on our mind for a while - now we own 400 trees with our farmhouse we have brought back to life since early 2024. We found a new passion and an appreciation for olive oil. And this is just the beginning.
Because we aim to be a regenerative farming business, we are in-conversion to organic.
So consider it organic. Purity for your health.
The olive grove is wonderfully natural and has not been touched or worked on for several years. Mint, pimpinella, and other wild green plants and flowers grow under the trees. Apart from annual tree pruning, everything is free nature. However, due to certification rules and times, the official organic seal will only be available from 2027.
The olives are harvested manually and cold-extracted using the latest DMF technology. This ensures an oil of the highest quality, which is obtained without the addition of water and thus retains all of the oil's original and healthy properties. The additional filtration preserves all of the antioxidants and polyphenols in the oil which are so beneficial for our overall health. The benefits are endless!
The manual harvesting together with the fast and modern extracting guarantee a high-quality oil that retains its flavour and aromas. Both are signs of high levels of antioxidants and polyphenols (not as bland and sweet as supermarket olive oil, which loses most of its health benefits during the manufacturing process).
The oil mill has a low environmental impact thanks to reduced water consumption and low temperature processing, which allows for a reduction in energy consumption.
We currently sell 500ml bottles to ensure the quality of the oil.
