From City Life to Organic Farming in Umbria
Our Story
Casale San Cristoforo was born from a desire to slow down, leave behind the noise of city life and return to something more real.
In early 2024, our young family took over this beautiful 14-hectare farm in Umbria, with a vision to nurture the land, restore what was here and create something sustainable for generations to come.
Our land is officially in conversion to certified organic farming, and this commitment guides everything we do. We care for around 400 olive trees, producing our own 100% Umbrian extra virgin olive oil, alongside a seasonal vegetable garden and 30 fruit trees that provide fresh produce and homemade jams.
We farm with purpose, using permaculture and regenerative agriculture practices to improve soil health, encourage biodiversity and work in harmony with nature. Wild plants and native herbs grow freely, while our chickens naturally help care for the land and olive grove.
This is more than an organic farm. It is a living ecosystem, and when you stay at Casale San Cristoforo, you become part of it.
